Doctor Two is a time-and-space transcending character spoofing Doctor Who that appears in a season 45 episode of Sesame Street. He's billed as "the new Doctor Two" by Mando as he appears at Numeric Con. He appears from thin air onto the street using his police box Two-dis, where he shows off the aliens he's met across the galaxy (including the Martians and Muppetized versions of the Daleks and the Cybermen). However, there proves to be too many for him to count (as he ironically doesn't have the time). Elmo, posing as "The Dark Nine," solves the problem by counting the alien pairs by 2s.

He is made from the same puppet previously used for Stiller the Elf. His design is based on that of the Eleventh Doctor (in face, bow-tie, and jacket), played by Matt Smith from 2010 to 2013.
