  • The original settlers of Pern
  • Colonists live in the Colony underneath London. They are hardy people who are used to centuries of subterranean living. Colonists are mostly albino, with pale white hair and a stocky build.
  • The Colonists were one of the two social factions of the Outbound Flight Colony, the others being the Survivors. The Colonists were the ones who had been born after the Outbound Flight crashed in the Redoubt. The Charter guaranteed that both factions were represented in the Managing Council.
  • The Colonists are the main villains of the X-Files mythos and are inspired by the alleged real-life entities commonly known as Greys - unlike the real-world Greys however the Colonists have been confirmed as hostile in the X-Files canon from the start, save for a very few special individuals who are not affiliated with their species plan on world conquest.
  • The colonists are represented by Shalon, Gillian, Apploy, Faler, Nedlick and Sasquatch. (The Secret of Bigfoot, The Return of Bigfoot). In all of the known encounters of this extraterrestial race, the name of their world or their species is never mentioned.

abstract
  • The original settlers of Pern
  • The Colonists are the main villains of the X-Files mythos and are inspired by the alleged real-life entities commonly known as Greys - unlike the real-world Greys however the Colonists have been confirmed as hostile in the X-Files canon from the start, save for a very few special individuals who are not affiliated with their species plan on world conquest. The Colonists abduct humans and subject them to horrific experimentation while also entering into secret deals with government agencies to provide humanity with special technologies and information in exchange for co-operation with thier plan to colonise Earth: however the government agencies are fully aware of the fact that the Colonists are highly skilled liars and are most likely using them, when their plan comes to full fruitation humanity may well be treated as cattle at best and vermin at worst. The Colonists are rarely encountered face-to-face, as is their otherworldly threat, though when they are it is almost always a terrifying experience for their victims and although they tend to return people after abduction some people have gone missing entirely due to Colonist activity (as was supposedly the case of Fox Mulder's sister). Much like their real-world influences the public's view on the Colonists tend to fall into three camps: the majority of the world don't believe they exist, a small number believe they are benevolent or even godlike and a sizeable minority believe they are malevolent and decieving.
  • Colonists live in the Colony underneath London. They are hardy people who are used to centuries of subterranean living. Colonists are mostly albino, with pale white hair and a stocky build.
They have established two bases on Earth. The first base was established in A.D. 1726 and is located in California near the Angelo branch of the San Madrian fault. This group is led by Apploy. This group of colonists are scientific explorers and have taken extreme precautions to keep their presence on Earth hidden. The cyborg Sasquatch creature, which represents a lower life form from their planet, is used to cultivate mystery and fear in an attempt to keep humans away from the colony. The Colonists have developed an advanced form of bionics known as nyosynthetics. Nyosynthetic technology is powered by an anti-matter source known as mergeron. The Colonists have also developed a technology known as a Time Line Converter that is able to alter their individual progression through time relative to their surroundings. (The Secret of Bigfoot) The second base of Colonists is located in Mexico. This group is a rebel group led by Nedlick, who is joined by the colonist Faler. They abandoned their scientific pursuits and instead attempted to use their technological superiority to dominate the Earth. The rebels took control of the Sasquatch in order to construct their new base. (The Return of Bigfoot)
  • The Colonists were one of the two social factions of the Outbound Flight Colony, the others being the Survivors. The Colonists were the ones who had been born after the Outbound Flight crashed in the Redoubt. The Charter guaranteed that both factions were represented in the Managing Council.
