The librarian Celdor sat down slowly at his desk. It was the end of a long, hard day. Some thugs from the BloodPact had come in to check out a library book earlier in the day. It was apparent that one of their leaders had overdosed on Dream Weave, aka Mordayn Vapor. But that wasn't the strangest part.
