Richard "Rich" Coutu (b. May 3rd 1951 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a former professional goaltender who played in the World Hockey Association for the Chicago Cougars and the Cincinnati Stingers. Coutu was drafted to the National Hockey League by the Minnesota North Stars 117th overall in the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft following two seasons with the Rosemont National of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
