Radio Sunnydale followed the trend set by the first soundtrack album by featuring songs predominantly by little-known artists, as well as some of the original score. Perhaps the most striking aspect of the album is that two drastically different versions were produced, one for the USA and one for the UK. The US version featured only twelve tracks, while the UK version removed three but added twelve more, making a total of 21 tracks. The artwork for the two versions is also completely different, with the UK's being much brighter. Unsurprisingly, the UK version is generally considered to be the superior version.
