| - Felicia Wells was a human Insurrectionist. Born in 2491 on Eridanus II to a civilian and a former Insurrectionist technician, she was fed anti-Unified Earth Government and United Nations Space Command ideas from a young age. When Wells turned seventeen, against the wishes of her former rebel father, she joined Eridanus II's Colonial Militia. While she had no love lost for the UNSC, the prospect of a steady paycheck and possible free education appealed to her, as it did with many others. Wells, however, was killed in 2530, during an intelligence gathering mission on Victoria.

After Wells experienced a series of incidents during her first two years in the militia, as well as meeting Jared Zasin, who was an Insurrectionist sympathizer, she became more and more biased towards the rebel cause. In 2510, Wells met Leon Oliver at his ceremony for promotion to Corporal. The two soon became romantically involved, and this relationship, along with Oliver's interactions with other Insurrectionist sympathizers such as Zasin caused him too to go over to the rebel cause. In 2513, when Robert Watts overthrew the government of Eridanus II and instated the Eridanus People's Republic, Wells, along with most of the Colonial Militia, defected to the side of the rebels. When the UNSC returned in May, Wells' unit, commanded by Oliver, was abandoned by Zasin, and left without air support, surrounded by UNSC Marine units. Privately, Wells convinced Oliver to surrender rather than keep fighting until the last man. After the surrender of the militia unit, Wells and Oliver were separated, it being the last time the two would ever see each other. Wells was eventually rescued, along with many other prisoners, from a detainment center on Eridanus II, and brought to Eridanus Secundus. Writing letters to Oliver, who was allegedly imprisoned on Phobos, after a decade, Wells finally discovered the truth about what had happened after an expedition was launched to Teribus Island. Eventually, in 2526, to cement his popularity among the station's citizens, Jacob Jiles sent Wells to Victoria as a liaison with Howard Graves, ostensibly to continue the investigation into the deaths on Teribus Island. Wells, however, was killed in 2530, during an intelligence gathering mission on Victoria.
