RDM officially made its debut with Bill Davis Racing development driver Bobby Santos III at Richmond International Raceway, using the car number 91. Santos qualified seventh but finished 30th. David Green drove for three races in the #91, posting a best finish of eleventh at Kentucky. Santos ran four races and had two top-ten qualifying efforts, but failed to finish better than 30th. They debuted their Cup car in the #91 Toyota at Infineon with Marc Goossens driving. Goossens qualified 21st, but was involved in an early wreck and finished 36th. In late 2007, it was announced that Riley and D'Hondt had ended their partnership.
