  • Utsutsumi Kamiki Jurai (神木 内海 樹雷, Kamiki Utsutsumi Jurai) is the Head of the Royal House Kamiki, in the empire of the planet, Jurai, and the husband of galactic political figure, Lady Seto. He only appears int he OVA continuity's spinoff, Tenchi Muyo! GXP. In a conversation with Seina. Utsutsumi says that Lady Seto had given him a choice of either marrying her or death, and he says he chose the harder route by habit. He is quite in love with Seto and possibly fears "The Devil Princess of Jurai", as much as the rest of the galaxy do and tells Seina that he's glad that Seto has put all of her interest in him and has gotten off of his back, something echoed later on by his adopted daughter, Noike. He is also close friends with the Juraian Emperor, Azusa, and worked with him closely trying to locate a missing Jurai tree seed, once which Seina recovered from the clutches of Tarant Shank. He also accompanied Azusa when Kiriko was bonded with her tree Mizuki.
