Joseph "Joe" Alexander Friese (b. July 5th 1958- ) is an American producer based in Las Angeles, who built his career producing thrash/progressive metal band God Appendium's first album, 1990's God Is Laughing. He has produced all sucessive albums from the band also, as well as working with other minor acts including Fervor, Graceland Faith, She's So Dead, Karnage 6, I Love You, You Hate Me, Safer-Sephiroth, Therru, Laws of Kaos, and Throes of Pestilence.
