The Maritime Collectivity (Bıễnchung) is the name for a division of the Grand Yarphese Republic consisting of "all water or islands less than 1 km2 within 370.4 km (200 nm) of the mainland or an island larger than 1 km2, excluding settled islands part of an urban area, or" as defined by the Yarphese constitution. However, the collectivity is sligthly larger in an area of the South China Sea and smaller where it conflicts with other countries' EEZs.
