Bill Hansen was the owner of a restaurant in Raccoon City, Pennsylvania. On September 26, he fled to the Raccoon City Police Department to seek shelter from the T-virus epidemic, but was quickly killed when he began displaying signs of infection. He was later found to have a fake blue gem on his person, having been stolen from City Hall.
