He was highly interested in the research of Dr. Kunihiko Asou, and initially traveled to Rougetsu Island to study his research and exhibits in the memorial room dedicated to him. After this, he apparently researched the masks of Rougetsu Island, along with Luna Sedeta Syndrome. Takashi watched the tourist Kagura with his sister in 1970, after which the two of them contracted Getsuyuu Syndrome. The two remained on the island for treatment; Takashi was hospitalized at Haibara Hospital. Takashi has two attacking appearances in-game; in Chapter 7 he can be fought alongside Tadayuki Kaido in the outside courtyard, and in Chapter 8 he appears with Iori in a ward of Haibara Hospital, and the two attack together.
