The Il Corral was an all-ages venue located in Los Angeles, CA. Founded in January 2005 originally as a space for noise, sound and performance art. It was also the original home of L.A. director Sean Carnage's Monday nights, weekly concert nights that hosted rock bands. His "Monday nights" were documented in the movie 40 Bands 80 Minutes! filmed entirely inside the il Corral. In March 2007, Sean Carnage moved his Monday nights to a new location in Los Angeles, Pehrspace; greatly diminishing the venue's regular audience. The il Corral closed in early 2008.
