  • Sir Ross Heretin and Lady Gisselle Heretin of Corellia were both killed by the Empire in 5 ABY due to their refusal to help the Imperials build biochemical weapons to torture and control non-humans. Their legacy left behind Jasmine Heretin, then 15, and Adian Ward, then 21, who cared for his sister after their parents demise. In 10 ABY, when going to visit his purported mother on Tatooine, Bazil McKenzie discovered that what had been alleged to be his parents were, in fact, merely foster parents, and that he had been kidnapped as an infant by members of an underground slavery organization which had infiltrated the hospital Bazil was born in. That organization took Bazil from the hospital shortly after his birth and told Sir and Lady Heretin that their other son, twin to Adian, had died. He was sold thereafter to the asteroid mining colony that Jonah Renae McKenzie operated, who put him into the care of one of the slaves in the facility, Alicia Lienne Ard'rian. Adian and his parents went on, never imagining the true nature of what had happened.
