Although little was revealed about him, Kotin Jax was considered most famous for being the Prime that led the Echani people into the Preliator Wars―the long conflict waged between the Echani tribes and Mandalorian clans―and leading the Echani to a number of significant victories. As a result of his extraordinary battle prowess, Kotin Jax was bestowed with the title of Zokivinhus Prime. Arguably the greatest accomplishment for which Zokivinhus Prime was remembered by was his single-combat match against the infamous Mandalore the Berserker during the Echani Invasion of Tracyn, during which Zokivinhus slew Mandalore and claimed his helmet as a trophy. Although eventually perishing in the Battle of Ordo during the long war due to lessened strength brought about by his increased age, Zokivinhus Prime was remembered as a model Echani warrior, general and leader. Zokivinhus Prime's reputation was of such a standard, that he was even honored by the Mandalorians as "Te Verd b'Tracyn Sur'haai", or the Warrior of the Fire's Eyes, due to the fiery color of the synthetic optical replacements he was required to take after Mandalore the Berserker cut both of his eyes during the battle, and also as symbolic of his victory over Mandalore on Tracyn.
