  • You and Me was the Dutch entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku performed by Joan Franka. It is about an innocent young love of herself when she was five years old and playing 'Indians' with her little boyfriend, thus why she appeared on stage during her performance wearing a Native American headdress. It was performed third in the second semi-final following FYR Macedonia and preceding Malta. At the close of voting, it finished in 15th place and thus failed to qualify for the final for the 8th consecutive time (Anouk would break the streak a year later). Had the results been decided on televoting alone, it would have qualified in 10th place.
