Annúlond (S."Sunset-haven") was the capital of Pinnath Gelin and was situated in the west-central highland, just north of Ram Galen. Most were either small-time traders or artisans. However, much of their time was spent cultivating the plots outside the town limit .There were also a few officials working for the lieutenant-Cáno, who resided in a large house close to the tip of the tongue of land. That dwelling was the only major building inside the town. There stood small houses of one or two stories, in which the ordinary people lived. The lieutenant-Cáno's house stood by the main square, which was open on one side down to the wharf by the river. Outside the town was the manor of the Knight of Annúlond, the local wealthy nobleman. He owned the only large estate in Pinnath Gelin.Besides the immediate area around the manor, his land was cultivated by liegemen or tenants living in nearby villages.
