Stoddard Square is the centre of Elderslie, near Glasgow, and contains much of the village's amenities like shops, the swimming pool, the community centre, church and an Army Cadet hut. The Square was completed in 1974. Housing consists of modernist-style maisonettes and flats above the shops as well as terraced/semi detached homes in the same style.
