| - The New Super Mario Bros. series is a series spin-off of the Super Mario series from the Mario series. They all feature 3D sidescrolling (with a few sprite exceptions), with Mario and Luigi as the main playable characters, and usually some form of Bowser as the final boss, and usually involves Mario and Luigi traveling across eight seperate world, each with a special theme, utilizing power-ups both old and new while defeating enemies. Each game is mostly the same as the last but with new levels, enemies and power-ups to make it different, and possibly a few new features. Note that fanon games in the series are not likely to be recieved well as many already exist and are not likely to be considered "original", so be weary when making games of this series. However, if you can add your own spin on them, the game will be gladly welcomed.
