In 2634, Zhou founded the Sekkyoku Demokuratikku Rengou, a social democratic party that specifically represented the Gao-Showa and seeked the abolishing of the monarchy. Now he is the leader of the Hulsterreich Sozialdemokratische Party. Zhou is married to Vo Mina and has three sons; Zane, Jaden, and Huy. When James Buchanan became the new Chairman of the HSP, Peng immediately left, just days before the officially reform of the party into the Vereinigte Freiheit Allianz. He is now retired. Following the formation of the New Komeito Party, successor the Vereinigte Freiheit Allianz, he registered with the NKP.
