Tranh Chup-yar City is the capital of the Grand Yarphese Republic, on the island of Ko Samui, off the coast of former Thailand. It was designed by Trầng Chúp Long in 2007, and the capital was moved there by November 18 from Saigon, the former capital. The movement of the capital is celebrated as a national holiday, and a picture of Tranh Chup-yar City is on the back of the five-Huo coin.
