abstract	Gramm Helion was a Corellian Admiral of the Fleet who had been appointed by Supreme Commander of the Confederation military Turr Phennir to serve under him before and during the War of Worlds. He captained the Thrackan Sal-Solo throughout most of the battles against the Tripartite Powers, and the Troodenite invaders to the Corellian sector and planets within the Hutt Space. In 55 ABY, his Hutt Space faction would suffer defeat from a rebellion within the Confederation. Gangster-turned warlord Zordo the Hutt started an uprising against the Confederation for its lack of good protection of Nal Hutta against the Troodenites. Already weakened by the invasions of the Troodenite Empire, Helion was forced to pull his fleets out of the Hutt Space and devote them to the protection of the Corellian Sector. He would soon convince Supreme Commander Phennir and the Confederation Chief of State that the Confederation should make an alliance with the Fel Empire in the Imperial Space, for their military was weakening. Phennir and the Chief of State agreed to make a pact with the Fels on the planet of Adumar, in which Fel II honorably attended. This was called the Adumari-Fel Treaty.
