  • Born from ancient times, the Zangyack Empire had dominated a vast majority of the universe. Their actions eventually provoked the attention of the Celestials, prompting Orphan to take action before the Creator intervened in Assiah. Where Orphan wanted to erase Assiah in order to erase Zangyack's existence, Samael convinced his partner to seal Zangyack away for all eternity to spare the innocent of destruction. Orphan did so, binding Zangyack away for all time. However, when Satanail had nearly killed Orphan, the seals that kept Zangyack away began to crack. With reality falling apart, Zangyack was able to slowly break free which they did in the year 2028. In two short years, the Zangyack Space Empire was able to reclaim its lost power and used it to dominate various galaxies. They reached the Earth, prompting Superior Red to lead resistance against the empire by unleashing the powers of the Ranger Keys. The spirits of the Power Rangers fought the empire back, pushing the empire away from Earth and creating a protective web over the planet. The Ranger Keys were scattered throughout the universe as a result, leading Superior Red to hunt for the Ranger Keys before Zangyack could capture them all. The Zangyack Emperor had other plans in mind though. He was able to get his hands on Celestial treasures and used them to strengthen his empire. With these new powers, the Emperor spread his domination, prompting his daughter, Jezebel, to hunt down the Galactic Pirate Rangers to destroy them before they could threaten their Empire. The Zangyack Empire is made majorly by "castaways", the Daimonic aspect of individual Celestials that are Dark, Chaotic and bloodthirsty, with some - in the case of Satanail and Titan - having ancient connections and a destiny to their original selves.
