It appears to be a Car Wash, but with a track instead of a road. No-one is ever seen working at the yard and no trains call here, though the yard itself does not appear to be abandoned. On the road nearby, many gang members spawn, and can attack the protagonist if provoked. Some large buildings appear on the site, though these appear to be in a derelict state.
