Whirl-E-Gig was a yo-yo manufacturer in the 1950's. The term Whirl-E-Gig was used to describe a yo-yo, without running afoul of the Duncan yo-yo trademark. Only one model, the Whirl-E-Gig Free Wheeling Tournament was produced, a 3 piece plastic model with a wooden axle. Whirl-E-Gig models are very rare and therefore very collectable. The highest price paid for a Whirl-E-Gig model was $158.00 on auction.
