The Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) Scheme (2010) is a tax benefit scheme in Singapore to encourage companies to engage in innovative and productive activities, including R&D, software and design activities. Start-ups that meet certain qualifying criteria are offered a full tax exemption on a certain amount of their taxable income for the first three years.
