Hinshitsu Nunca, also known as "Death Web, Nunca", is the former Captain of the Risk Pirates, and current member of the Heikō Pirates, where she acts as the crew's financial manager, hailing from an unknown island within North Blue. Before becoming a Pirate, Nunca traveled around the seas with her friend. However, an event caused her to lose to lose him to the Black Market. Because of this, it inspired her to become a Pirate and destroy the Black Market system, forming the Risk Pirates. During her time as the Captain of the Risk Pirates, Nunca began dealing in illegal activities to gain funds for her crew and for herself. Because of her actions, she was able to find, purchase, and ultimately eat the Shiruku Shiruku no Mi, the same fruit her friend had eaten before his death.

During her time as the Captain of the Risk Pirates, Nunca began dealing in illegal activities to gain funds for her crew and for herself. Because of her actions, she was able to find, purchase, and ultimately eat the Shiruku Shiruku no Mi, the same fruit her friend had eaten before his death. After a confrontation with the Heiko Pirates, she gained an interest in the crew, asking Kyoto if she could join it, to which he agreed. This left the Risk Pirates without a Captain for some time, but a Captain was eventually found and replaced Nunca. The Heiko Pirates are the overall Main Protagonists of Trials of the World, often dealing with infamous Pirate Crews and Organizations that the World Government had trouble dealing with themselves. Because of their actions, they've made several allies, as well as several enemies, making them known well throughout the Grand Line as a powerful crew.
