Log-a-Log Togey was a leader of the Guosim. He hated all vermin for killing his father and two of his brothers when he was a little shrewlet. When there weren't vermin around, Togey was a jolly old shrew who loved his many many grandshrews. He himself was the father of twenty six shrews and named them all numerically, e.g. Oneshrew, Twoshrew, etc. He helped Tam and his band of hares to cross a waterfall and hopefully kill Gulo and his crew of vermin, who were chasing them on a log. Later, just after Gulo was killed by Tam, Togey arrived with an army of two hundred shrews shouting war cries and death to the vermin. However, Togey was disappointed when he realized that all of the vermin had already been defeated.
