  • When a priceless art work is stolen and found in the lunch box of the art museum's security guard, he is arrested. Jean Loring is his lawyer and enlists the Atom's aid to try and prove that the man is innocent. With the stolen work of art put on display with it's accompanying works, the Atom decides to hide out in the painting's frame. When a crook gasses everyone present and attempts to steal the painting, the Atom springs into action to stop him. After a brief battle, the thief is unmasked as Alfred Trask, an employee of the museum who wanted to initially frame the security guard because a war injury the guard sustained prevented him from being affected by any of his devices that would knock people out while he was committing his robbery.
