Members of the Workers' Assembly are able to be recalled and replaced at any time by their Regional Councils, the members of which in turn are able to be recalled and replaced at any time by their Local Councils. As such, members of the Regional Councils and the Workers' Assembly remain in office until removed by the appropriate body.
