The Omega O is a device used by Third Echelon operatives to survive under water. It stores 70 liters of air (45-50 breaths) and is shaped like a backpack. The Omega O is named for Omega (last) and O (oxygen). The equipment was used by Sam Fisher in Germany to escape delta sly by driving his car off of a bridge then swimming to safety.
