| - The 2010 Ray Miron President's Cup playoffs of the Central Hockey League began on March 22, 2010. 10 teams, five from each of the Northern and Southern Conferences, qualified for the playoffs. The top three teams with the highest point total from each conference qualified directly to the conference semifinals, while the fourth and fifth best teams by point total in each conference went to a play-in series. The play-in series were a best-of-three game series with the series winner moving on to the conference semifinals to play the conference regular season champion. The remaining rounds will be best-of-seven game series.
