The Entrance Forest 導入森, dounyuu mori?, lit. "Entrance Forest") is the first area accessed in Gaea, and the place into which the party enters upon selecting the Gaea Village location on the Gaea world map for the first time. It has the particularity of being pretty much a lifeless forest, as the trees and plants don't exude any sort of life force, and the leaves can't be made to fall down no matter how much one tries. Later on, it can be accessed by going south from the Gaea Village entrance. Coming to this place also marks the beginning of Phase 2 of Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica. Due to being considered as a part of the Gaea Village as far as the game is concerned, it doesn't have a comment line of its own and instead has the same one from said location: "A land of rejuvenation an
