(Elizabeth) Deirdre "Dee" Doocey (née O'Keefe), known as Elizabeth Doocey, Baroness Doocey since 2010, (born 2 May 1948) is an Irish-born Liberal Democrat politician. Born in Dublin, she married Jim Doocey. In 1986 she was elected as a Liberal Party councillor representing Hampton Ward on Richmond upon Thames London Borough Council. She was re-elected as a Liberal Democrat in 1990 and stood down from the borough council at the 1994 election, having become election agent for Vince Cable, Liberal Democrat candidate for the parliamentary seat of Twickenham (which he won in 1997).

She was re-elected as a Liberal Democrat in 1990 and stood down from the borough council at the 1994 election, having become election agent for Vince Cable, Liberal Democrat candidate for the parliamentary seat of Twickenham (which he won in 1997). In 2004 she was elected to the London Assembly as a London-wide member under the "top-up" party list system. She held the seat at the 2008 election but did not contest the 2012 election. In 2010 she had been created a Liberal Democrat life peer.
