Goalie Conrad Logan joined Rovers on loan from Leicester City in February 2011. He was signed by short-lived manager Dave Penney to provide an alternative to Luke Daniels, who was himself on loan at the club and who had conceded a disappointing 28 goals in his 9 games between the sticks for The Gas. Logan immediately supplanted Daniels in the starting eleven and went on to play in every one of Rovers' games until the end of the 2010–11 season, making 16 appearances in all before heading back to Leicester.
