The Sewer Exit Key is another key found in the sewers in Silent Hill. Harry Mason can find the key among the garbage floating on the bloody water on the west end of the lower passageway of the B1 sewers. Immediately after picking up the key, Harry will hear the shrieking of nearby monsters and be ambushed by Hanged Scratchers. The key can be used to unlock the gate at the opposite end of the same passageway, which leads to the ladder that leaves the sewers and leads into the Resort Area.
