Lothar of Isenburg-Cleberg was the Count of Isenburg-Cleberg from 1302 until 1341. Lothar was the son and successor of Count Louis of Isenburg-Cleberg. He succeeded his father in 1302. After Lothar's death in 1341, his lands were partitioned between his heirs. Henry received the territories around Büdingen, and Philip received the territories around Grenzau in the Westerwald.
