Albin Harrell "Rip" Collins (born September 27, 1927 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana) was a professional American football halfback and a punter in the All-America Football Conference and the National Football League. He played for the Chicago Hornets (AAFC) (1949), Baltimore Colts (NFL) (1950), and the Green Bay Packers (NFL) (1951). Collins played collegiate ball for Louisiana State University and was drafted by the New York Bulldogs in the 6th round of the 1949 NFL Draft. He played professionally for 3 seasons (1 in the AAFL and 2 in the NFL) and retired in 1951.
