Caroline Hayes (born September 1st, 2659) is a former politician who was a congressman for 20 years, 2695 to 2715. She also lead the Conservative Union during a popular time and a unpopular time, which occured from 2708-2712, until she was defeated in 2709 by Richard M. Thompson; she lost the convention, arguably, due to unpopularity and scandals. She retired from Congress in 2715.
