Although being labeled as an EP, the release effectively worked as a single, promoting the band's new album as well as their parody "We R Death EateRs." After the July release of Noize From the Cupboard, the EP was removed from Bandcamp. Before being taken down, the EP was the band's most-downloaded release. In October of 2011, the band announced that a tangible version of "We R Death EateRs" would be released in single form, but these plans were later scrapped due to budgetary reasons.
