Harold Godfrey Judd (1878 - 5 January 1961) was an accountant and local politician active in the Hampstead area. Born in China, he was the son of of a missionary. He became a chartered accountant and was eventually senior partner in the firm of Mann, Judd & Co. He worked for the government in both world wars: in 1915 he was appointed to the Ministry of Munitions, becoming Director of Accounts (National Factories) and then Director of Contracts. He was made a CBE in the New Year's Honours, 1918.
