Synopsis
| - In Olympus, Pan plays happily. He speaks to Zeus about the Amazons. Zeus has decided to make a brothel of the island, starting with Diana. The goddesses plan to stop him.
Diana is home again. Diana rides along the shore. Meanwhile, the Amazon council debates what to do with the things and knowledge Diana has returned with. There is no concensus whether to share the knowledge or bury it. Hyppolyta makes clear thought that her daughter will not return to man's world.
Zeus appears. He is here to reward Diana by allowing her to "worship his body." Diana refuses and is punished. Hyppolyta tries to intervene, only angering the god. Zeus is summoned back to Olympus before things get out of hand.
The Amazons wait a long time for the decision of the gods, hoping the long delay is good. Finally, Diana is summoned to Olympus. Zeus will test her. If she succeeds in overcoming the trials, she will earn freedom for her people. If she fails, the Amazons will be destroyed with her.
Her mother can't accept this. Diana ends up going to the trial without her. She forces open the portal guarded for so long by the Amazons. Inside she faces Cottus, who envelopes her to consume her flesh. Breaking free, she slays the creature. She comes to a lake of lava. Flying over her, she is attacked by a hydra.
