DPubS (Digital Publishing System), developed by Cornell University Library and Penn State University Libraries, is an Open access publication management software. DPubS arose out of Cornell’s experience in developing Project Euclid, “an online publishing platform for math and statistical journals." DPubS is being offered for free in order to enable to “change scholarly publishing by giving academic libraries and their partners the means to organize and disseminate scholarly communications electronically.”
