His mother abandoned him and his brothers with his father – they moved back to Panatha, his father’s home planet. Dreks was considered the quiet one, not talking often, as a child; his fatherwas somewhat abusive (unbeknownst to the queen) and regularly beat Dreks – but not his brothers. Dreks always felt alone and misunderstood by everyone else. Sick and tired of his father, he ran away – and was captured by a band of slave traders at age thirteen. The former prince was now a slave. He was shipped away to Nar Shadda, and worked as a slave for five years, his anger and impatience growing day after day. The only thing good to come out of his slavery was the knowledge of a trade: weaponry One day, after being forced to clean out the pens of chickens, he had finally had enough. His anger, bolstered by the Force, caused his owner to choke and die. After doing intensive research, he realised that what he did was linked to the Force. But when he saw the two main factions of Force-sensitives, the Sith and the Jedi, he was turned away from learning to use the Force; he wanted something that wasn’t extreme like the Sith and Jedi were. So, he continued his life on Nar Shadda, using the skills he acquired from his former masters, to sell weaponry he had made. Family Dreks is considered a loner. He has no friends, no one he can trust… but he has enemies.
