- Mario Party 3 is the third installment in the popular Mario Party series. The game introduces two new characters to the series: Daisy and Waluigi. This is the last game in the franchise to be on the Nintendo 64, as it would move to the GameCube for the next four volumes.
- Mario Party 3 is yet another shame in the Mario Party series for the Nintendo 66 back in the 1800s where Mario and his group must defeat Bowser in a board game collecting counterfeit coins and unlocking a vault of pizza where Mario eats it all and shares it with nobody so he can become even fatter. The coins are earned by beating up Princess Peach and stealing them from the Mushroom Kingdom Treasury.
