The Eastern Kriollatina or Ilinense is a language belonging to Criollatina languages which are all spoken in the Ponant. The western dialect of Criollatina is spoken by more than 50 million peoples, mainly in the Eastern part of the Ponant. The eastern dialect is the most spoken among Criollatina dialects. Intercomprehension with Spanish and Catalan are possible, even if intercomprehension with the latter language is quite difficult in some domains. Despite his similarity with Spanish language, it is classified as a language on its own.
