- Blurr folyton mozog, és nagyon nehezen tud megállni egy helyben, ez egy olyan dolog amit az Elit Gárda titkos ügynökeinek kötelező tudni. A folytonos mozgás lehetetlené teszi azt hogy az Álcák észre vegyék, amolyan hiperaktivitás. Blurr az Elit Gárda egyik kéme, képes hónapokat sőt éveket kibírni jármű üzemmódban addig amíg tart a küldetés anélkül hogy felfedné kilétét, meg tudni amit meg kell tudnia és elmenekülni. Annak ellenére hogy "hiperaktív" nagyon fegyelmezett, és remekül végre hajtja a rá bízott feladatokat. Mivel olyan sok időt töltött egyedül más a beszéd stílusa, nagyon gyorsan beszél szinte érteni se lehet azt amit mond, innen kapta a nevét van amikor beszél és az egész mondat csak annyi "blurr..."frame|robot mód és jármű mód.

His natural abilities make him a superior messenger - he can quickly whisk information from one place to another. In robot mode, he carries an electro-laser that reverses the polarity of an enemy robot's microcircuits and leaves him motionless. Range: 10 miles. In vehicular mode, he can travel faster than the speed of sound, leaving a blurred image in his trail.

On Ilum Blurr and his friends were hidding out in the crystal caves from Darth Grievous after their armies were killed. He witness the evil wrath of Darth Grievous as he killed his friends fast. He later ran far away from Darth Grievous while shooting him but was ultimately rescued by Slingshot. He lived to tell the tale on what Darth grievous did to his jedi and autobot friends. During the battle of Korriban he help defeat the Stunticons and the Terrorcons but was badly injured by Darth Grievous's Sith Magic. At the end of the Transformers Wars Blurr was hailed as a hero on Cybertron and was seen racing with the other Autobot Cars in a race.
