There are six active singles championships that are divided by LPW's two distinct brands, Insanity and Pyromania. Insanity's championships feature the World Heavyweight Championship, United States Championship, and the Hardcore Championship. Pyromania's championships feature the International Heavyweight Championship, Western States Heritage Championship, and Pure Wrestling Championship. In addition, LPW features the Undisputed World Tag Team Championship which is defended across both brands. This list includes the championship, current champion, the date of win, and notes of the winning bout.

X won his title by defeating cYnical at Honor Roll, and is in his second reign as World Heavyweight Champion. Mass Chaos is in his first reign, having won the International Heavyweight Championship at Take No Prisoners, defeating former champion White Falcon. The MWA's Tromboner Man and RaTo are the first Unified Tag Team Champions, having defeated the Dark Brotherhood at Altered Reality IV in a unification match. The Unified Tag Team Champions must defend on both brands.

The Rabbi recently won the vacant Transatlantic Championship, winning an eight-man tournament called "The Exciting Adventures of the Transatlantic Championship", which concluded at Honor Roll after defeating Daniel Oakley.
