The act reads: 1. * To organize all existing settlements, as defined in the Settlement Act, the National Settlement Order (NSO) is created. 2. * The duties of the National Settlement Order are: 3. 1. * To list all existing settlements in Lovia. 4. 2. 1. * This includes all settlements, such as cities, towns, villages and hamlets. 5. 3. 2. * Recognized neighborhoods will be listed together with their respective settlement. 6. 4. * To list the population and state of each settlement. 7. * All settlements recognized by Congress should be written in the Order. 8. 1. * To recognize a settlement, the settlement must be approved by a normal majority in Congress.
