Pacifica Elise Northwest is the most popular girl in Gravity Falls, Oregon. She is the great-great-granddaughter of the supposed founder of the town, Nathaniel Northwest, and due to this, she treated everyone snobbishly in order to keep up her family's high status and reputation. Before Dipper gave her the courage to speak up against her parents, she was a recurring enemy of the Pines family, mainly as Mabel Pines' rival.

- Pacifica Elise Northwest is a former antagonist and now redeemed heroine in the Disney series Gravity Falls. Upon her debut, she was portrayed as an arrogant, sarcastic jerk; however, in more recent appearances, she begins to show signs of redeeming her character and thus, beginning to warm up towards Dipper and Mabel Pines and also becomes a new love interest for Dipper. She is voiced by Jackie Buscarino.
- She first appears in "Double Dipper" where she bullies Mabel at the Mystery Shack party. She also appears in "The Time Traveler's Pig" where she bullies Mabel for having Waddles. She does manage to get Waddles before Mabel does in the alternate timeline. Dipper makes this up to Mabel by fixing the timeline and as a result, Pacifica ends up with a chicken instead. She also appears in "The Golf War" where she challenges and humiliates Mabel in a golf tournament. Both sort of resolve their feud later on.
